Guidelines

​PURSUIT has created a platform for you to keep track of your personal and team points.  Each team member will be able to record their own points achieved throughout the day.  The following outlines are of the possible points you can attain.

EARN POINTS BY:

  • playing sports

  • working out

  • drinking water 

  • stretching

  • meditation

  • nutrition

  • completing Weekly Mission Challenges *(WMC)​

  • body weight difference

​

TEAMS

  • Each team consists of 3 to 6 members

  • Each team will have a designated captain

  • Team members can be located anywhere in the world; you do not all have to be in the same geographical location

  • Team members can all be at different fitness levels

    • you do not have to be the same fitness level to be on the same team

 

FITNESS LEVEL

  • Level 1:   Currently does not exercise or participate in sports or physical activities other than going on a walk for less than one hour- as an example.

 

  • Level 2:   Currently does very light exercise and/or participates in recreational sports or physical activities once or twice a week or less.  Consecutively, completing 10 push-ups/10 sit-ups/5 burpees/2 km walk or run would be considered challenging - as an example.

 

  • Level 3:   Currently exercises and/or participates in sports or physical activities 2-3 times a week on an average.  Can complete (consecutively) at least 20 push-ups/20 sit-ups/10 burpees/5 km walk or run - as an example.

 

  • Level 4:   Currently exercises and/or participates in sports or physical activities 4 -5 times a week on an average.  Can complete (consecutively) at least 40 push-ups/40 sit-ups/ 15 burpees/ 5-10 km walk or run - as an example.

 

  • Level 5:   Currently exercises and/or participates in sports or physical activities 6-7 times a week on an average.  Can complete (consecutively) at least 60 push-ups/60 sit-ups/20 burpees/10-15 km walk or run - as an example.

EXERCISES

Do what you can, modify if you need and ensure you perform all exercises properly.  The quality of exercise is far more important than quantity in order to minimize injury and yield successful results.  If you don not know how to perform a specific exercise, please research first or ask an expert.  There are many different variations of each exercise, giving you options based on your fitness and comfort level.

 

POINT TRACKING

Everyone is responsible for keeping track of his/her own points each day.  Each time you earn your points, please record it by logging onto your PURSUIT account.

*WMC - At the Start of each Challenge Week , you will receive a new WMC with details on how many points can be earned if completed (according to your determined Fitness Level).

Read the rules on each WMC as they may change from week to week throughout the challenge.
